I do have one complaint, why oh why is it only 52 degrees - it's July!
ReplyDeleteWe were all in jeans and sweatshirts, there was no jumping off the boats to go swimming last night! One the bright side, when we got back to the boat club for the ice cream sundaes, we didn't have to worry about the ice cream melting.... brrrrr
We just got home from the club, played tennis, swam in the pool, had yummy salad for lunch, then BBQ for dinner. My diet is on hiatus over the weekend (obviously). Trying to keep up my activity level thought to counteract all the good food! Left some Look Books in the lounge, we'll see what happens.
ReplyDeleteDid you see the new DIQ requirements everyone? Would love to see feedback, etc!
ReplyDeleteyes i just read them,
ReplyDeletei think its probably better! They really want to put the emphasis on selling to make you even more accountable for having a certain amount of wholesale in.
they have gone from 8 to 10 members as well to go into DIQ. Did I read that right?
Im sure MK4me will let us know what is up and YES the requirements that they are proposing were in place in the early 90s and the units were MUCH stronger so it is probably a good thing. Word on the street has it that it wont take place until Jan 2010 so I guess there is time to keep building before any of this takes place for those who are eager to become directors.
ReplyDeleteYes, intouch says the requirements won't be fully mandatory until Feb 2010 actually. It is interesting-- I wonder if the lower amount of unit members will make stronger units or weaker?
