The suits are fine - but that dress on the left is incredibly unprofessional! I can't believe they're expecting professional women to wear it.
I actually have the dress and under the long jacket it really looks sharp, I also think it does cater a bit to the younger set too. But that is why there are so many choices, so everyone can be happy. Gotta love choices!!
